It’s a little hard to see on a blurry mnitor (thanks to Dubya’s posts) but he is a fine specimen of a Marine.
Looks like you’re one lucky lady.
Thanks to you both for your service and sacrifice.
My wife says if it weren’t for all the wonderful places around the world the Army let her visit, it might not have been the best 20 years of her life. /yeah, right.

Happy Birthday and Semper Fi Marines!

For sure, Kathy. I still get chills when I think of it. There is simply no logical explanation. How did they end up in a ditch out in the country in mid-Ohio? Why did that little boy find them in the weeds? Why did he even decide to take them to school? What are the odds that his teacher knew my DIL with the same last name that is on the tag? Why did he think it might be important to call her long-distance?
There are so many unanswered questions. I just have to think that the Lord thought it was important for hubby to have them back. I know that he will be wearing them when he is buried, if I am alive to see to it.

Update for Madison.
Madison came through her surgery with no complications. Last word from gramma was they were on their way home with Madison. She will have her foot in a cast for three weeks (purple cast - fits as mom and gramma are Vikings fans). After the three weeks Madision will be fitted with a brace. We’ll update as changes occur.
Thank you to all of you for your prayers for Madison and her parents. I will update on Tiffany’s and the twin’s condition as soon as we receive updates from Robert. Thank you all for the prayers for them.
