...with commie Kaine still the Gov it’s a possiblity.
Kaine has only commuted 1 of 8 or 9 executions since his election.
Kaine issued a statement this morning saying that he would not stop the execution.
Give him credit where it’s due. He said he would follow the law even though he personally opposes the death penalty. And he has.
I rarely praise him, but every now and then, he gets it right.
