Highlighting the lives so brutally taken by a terrorist are important.
Am curious, however, if Obama will refer to the unmentionable.
These lives WERE taken in vain. There was NO REASON for a stateside terrorist attack to occur. Our military was disarmed and the culprit had red flags on his file.
Obama:
“It may be hard to comprehend the twisted logic that led to this tragedy but this much we do know, no faith justifies these murderous and craven acts”
“these are trying times for our country”
The victims of the 9/11 attacks were ALSO taken in vain.
The NYPD, NYFD, citizens, and clergy who died on 9-11 while attending to the victims did not die in vain. THEY gave their lives for their fellow man trying to save and give last rights to as many as they could.
I try not to listen to him as much as possible. He says what’s expedient but not the truth.
