GITMO is a little restrictive, OK a lot restrictive but it has some of the most beutiful beaches and the weather is nice, if a little dry. I received TAD order there for two weeks in 1983 and recall it, sans "detainees" with fond memories.

There are places where you can see the bottom as clear as a bell through 30 feet of water and the water temperature is always perfect.
There are just not enough single women there.
