I am reminded of a doctor I talked to at the VA. He had worked in the prison system and had a patient with scars all over the top of his organ. He asked him about it and was told that when ever he was let out he would take a needle and thread rubber bands under the skin and then clip the ends off. "Doc, it drives the women wild!". People will do wierd stuff about sex.
