I agree...But the extenuating circumstances may dilute the 13 solid counts...The military justice system may not be the place for that issue...

Oh, hey, um.....did you not receive the memo? Unborn 'fetuses' are apparently not alive, therefore it's not murder. Funny that I was at the doctor with my wife just last week and heard my unborn child's heartbeat.....I would have thought that would have constituted it being alive, but hey, that's just me. /sarc, as if I needed to.
