He did everything but stand down at the main gate at Fort Hood with sign, "Death to American infidel dogs", while people drove by winking and nodding...As the FBI was reading his emails to al qaeda recuriters....

Of course you're right, it wouldn't be culturally or politically correct to charge a Muslim terrorist with treason or terrorism.

If your point is that he is guilty of both murder and treason, I’d agree. He is also a terrorist. To me murder is the easier to prove. Charging and proving treason is important when the act that constitutes the treason carries a much less severe punishment than treason. That is not the case here.

As to the court of public opinion, I charge him with all 3 and those that disagree with aiding and abetting.
