I heartily agree. That courthouse will become ground zero for Islamic adherents. Holding the trial in New York City is like an open invitation to terrorist.

That's the least of my concerns. The real problem is that they will now be given the Constitutional protections that every other criminal defendant in the Federal Court system is entitled to receive, and you get bet that SheikMo will move to suppress evidence because it was obtained illegally, he was never read his rights, he was denied the right to counsel, blah, blah, yada, yada, and under the standards that are used in civilian criminal proceedings, there is a chance that the district court will grant the motion. The only good news is that if he is set free, the Federal Marshal's will probably push him out the front door of the Courthouse, a mere few blocks from ground zero, where he will probably die in an accident before he finds his first sheskibab vendor.
