Ok, who will be the lucky federal judge and jurors for this fiasco so al-Quaeda can identify them? Even the NY Congressional delegation—brainless though they are—is going to see how dangerous (for NYC) and self destructive this will be.

Of course he’s pushing the “crazy criminal” approach, he can’t possibly go against either his deepest Muslim beliefs, his Muslim co-religionists, nor deny to himself his utter hatred of everything traditionally American.

Trial? How stupid is this?

What if KSM walks? What if he walks?!

Anything can happen.

Maybe Obama WANTS him to walk?

I don’t think he will walk.......however, I think this puts NYC dead on in the sights of terrorists for a third attack. the military should be handling this at Gitmo.....and when they hang them let the world watch.

There's that chance he does walk but there's also another concern, KSM will become another recruiting tool for homegrown jihadist.

Sen. Republican Whip Jon Kyl, meanwhile, said "It is a constant amazement to me that there are some who seem more concerned about extending legal protections to terrorists than security protection to Americans."

Well,...I suspect that Kyl hasn't quite figured it out yet....the Leftists are using the Jihadist in a scheme to take down traditional America in order to move to their utimate goal of Utopia as they envision it....

The war is upon us.... Every Freeper needs to read this book:

Unholy Alliance: Radical Islam and the American Left (Paperback)

An original look at those who want us to fail in the Middle East, both at home and abroad. The -- Davis Hanson, Author, Ripples of Battle

I had long wondered why people on the Left had the propensity to speak more positively about people who would slit their throats than they do about their own country, which affords them more freedom and opportunity than anywhere else. David Horowitz has answered that question thoroughly and convincingly in his Unholy Alliance. Where I felt bewildered and confused, I now feel crystal clear. Unholy Alliance is such a great book.

It begins with the leftist movements at the beginning of the 20th Century, and works its way up to the present day, exploring the anti-American attitude of these movements in detail. Horowitz shows that the enemies of the US back then are largely the same group today, operating under the same misperceptions, making the same mistakes, and pursuing the same impossible utopia.

Obama is giving terrorists more legal protection than an American gets in tax court.

Yes, of course...but they are trying not to be obvious......

If you like that, you’re going to love when he’s portrayed as a victim by our media. :)

Obama clearly hopes a liberal juror will vote not guilty. The probability of finding people similar to Obama’s former parishioners in Rev Wright's church is high in New York, with its large segment of foreign born and hyphenated -American residents. The people who said Obama was a closet Muslim sympathizer were correct after all.

And these 5 guys now have all of the rights you do. The first thing the lawyers will do is ask the judge to throw out all the evidence against them because it was obtained through coercion.

I took this line from The Obamafile

I say Bull Sh**, the American Public is always outraged about something. I think we should do like Al Pachino said in “ Scent of a Woman” I'd take a flame thrower to this place. That is what it is going to take to fumigate the Capitol and White House.

Do you think Eric knows that once they have the trial, the killer can claim that his constitutional rights were violated because he could not possibly get a fair trial in New York City?

And, therefore, the case would be overturned and he could not be tried again.

Are we being set up to let this man go free?
