As I recall, the proposed Term Limit amendment got 65 votes in the Senate. A total of 66 were required to send the amendment to the states. I believe all but one GOP senator voted in favor of the amendment.

No one expects very liberal urban Democrats to be displaced by an anti-Democratic tidal wave. The main victims would be Blue Dogs and suburban Democrats. They are the ones who have the most to worry about. There are 60 House districts McCain carried that are held by a Democrat.

In other words, Dems would win except their voters are not “enthusiastic” ? I say.. BS... Thats why you only poll likely voters. “Not voting” is making a choice; none of the above.

"Obama will be effectively neutered for his last two years in office. "
He'll be slowed down a lot, but then I would imagine the Soros regime has a plan in place for that contingency. One of the reasons everything is so rush-rush is to get their marbles in place before the forces can amasse to stop them.
He'll go heavy into "executive orders" (worse than clinton) if that happens. And, I would predict that we'll see him on TV even more than we do now...to pitch tantrums about being blocked by the opposition.
I think he will try to pull off a coup at some point, and nullify the Constitution and become America's Chavez...he has just that mindset and he is drunk....DRUNK with power.
I think it's going to take more than a GOP Majority in Congress to stop hussein.

“That anti-incumbent sentiment was prevalent among independents”.....
I would think so. They’re the ones he fooled..

Don’t worry, congress exempted itself from their ‘’healthcare’’ reform. Queer-bait traitors.

Fifty-two percent would like to see their own representatives reelected in 2010, while 29 percent want them out of office, according the Pew poll. Sounds like just another poll that shows the majority of Americans think things are just fine, thank you very much. Of course it's useless.
The $64,000 question is whether a Republican will emerge to give the electorate a reason to make a change. Gingrich was such a man once before all those little bacteria ate away three quarters of his brain.

Likely voters are those who have voted in the past 3 elections. Pew researched that demographic and discovered that of these so-called “likely” voters only 3 of 4 actually voted in the next election. Science it’s not.

Well, then the inside stats don't jibe with the top stats. According to Pew and since their last poll, voters are more likely to vote Democrat, but with much less enthusiasm !? On the surface and inside, that makes little sense, and certainly doesent jibe with other polls.
It's not only not science, it's not even pseudo-science.
