I suppose they didn’t want to disclose what kind of weapons the ship has onboard. I was hoping they would say they were blowing the pirate boats to smithereens.

Start placing RPG’s on these ships and this crap will stop fast enough. The RPG is and excellent weapon, but probably worthless in trying to hit a fast moving small boat. MUCH better choice would be heavy machine gun (like the russian 14.5) or a 20mm autocannon like ths older hispano
