As if I needed to be informed by a personal trainer that a travel mug, used daily, could result in saving 365 styrofoam cups in a year. Hey wow, never thought of that! Still gonna use styrofoam!
and don't forget the Ziploc “green” bags they were pushing on the show, that's when I turned the show off. It was the first time I had watched the show and don't plan on watching it again. “Green is universal” my @ss!
