RD - I watched that video yesterday - do you think I could do that with turkey necks? That is the only “turkey parts” I saw fresh last time I was at the store. Or if it’s just necks, would I be just as well off boiling them?
I don’t know. I bought four pound of wings and thought I had 3 or four wings. Dang! Two wings were 4 lbs. I was amazed. The wings do have a lot of fat to add to the flavor. I guess necks would work. But you got to realize this is my first time doing this!
