Actually this is the way this is suppose to work and in turn the states can, should, and will say no way (State rights). The federal government was supposed to be supported by the states financially and the Federal government was never suppose to tax the citizens. So in a way I am 100% for this. Of course this means everything else the fed has built must come down also.
