Worried about trying the ringleader of the 9/11 terrorists and four of his close associates in a civilian courtroom?

Don't be, says our president. He knows just how the trial will turn out -- Khalid Sheik Mohammed will be convicted and executed. We have his word on it.

He makes the trial sound like just a formality. And here some of us thought trials didn't have a predetermined outcome, not in America. Naive us.

Greenberg makes the same legal points here than many of us have made, espcecially about how the Illegal Alien and Holder have prejudiced the fairness of the trial with their bone headed pre-trial remarks .

Barry and Holder merely forgot that they haven't declared Martial Law yet.

By the time KSM goes to 'trial', it'll be a mere formality. The Judge will be an SEIU Union Steward and the jury will be SEIU members. In fact that will be their full time job -- Jury Member.

If this is an example of the type of sham trial and kangaroo court proceeding, with predetermined outcome, that Obama, Holder, and their ilk think to be constitutional, then its exactly what you and I can expect from them, as well. “A fair trial before they hang us.”
