Every Dem Senator up in 2010 Cast the Winning Vote (Health Care Takeover)
Red State ^ | November 21, 2009

Posted on 11/21/2009 2:47:27 PM PST by Clintonfatigued

Senator Landrieu and Senator Lincoln have announced they would give their vote to Senator Reid and the White House to allow ObamaCare to the Senate floor.

For the group of U.S. Senators up in 2010 — the ones facing the independent voters that turned 2:1 against the Democrats in the New Jersey and Virginia elections — they will each be tagged all election cycle with providing the one vote needed for ObamaCare to come before the Senate. They could have stopped it, but they did not.

The vote on cloture on the motion to proceed needs 60 votes, and therefore every Democratic Senator and every Democratic Independent can be accurately accused of providing the winning vote for Senator Reid to proceed to the very unpopular bill.

This message, I am certain, will make it into campaign commercials in 2010.

They have left themselves politically exposed in a big way. All we need are the right candidates and the necessary funding.

Landrieu said $100 million wasn't enough; she asked for $300 million.

That's definitely a person we don't need in the Senate.

I cancelled cable TV because I refuse to send my money to CNN, MSNBC, etc. TV enables the Dems, Hollywood and people who hate you and want you to be their serfs.

The money I save will be used to donate money to conservatives running for office.

“Who among these are ‘vulnerable’?”

It depends largely on which Republicans run against them.

Their idiocy never ceases to amaze—although it shouldn't. The taxes, threats and negatives will all be felt by 2010 election, but none of those who want the government to pay for their care and wipe their noses will have gotten anything. That should sufficiently anger all Americans. So many of the freeloaders really think it will start to benefit them tomorrow. There will be plenty of retribution at the polls!

I will direct my donations only DIRECT to the candidates I support, only CONSERVATIVES, and never through the RNC.

Remember NY-23.

These are the states we need to erect billboards in publicizing how they are destroying our economy and our constitution. And we need to flood their papers with letters to the editors. This is war.

Well we can certainly hope so, but the reality is a lot more complicated. It really depends upon how healthcare "reform" is polling in the respective states and districts of the senators and representatives. In some places, a "yes" vote will get you booted and in some places a "no" vote will get you booted.

This is one of those instances where you really have to study the polling on a microscopic level.

I want every FReeper to recognize something: RINOS are standing with the GOP leadership tonight - not the conservative RATS. There will not be a single Republican defection — not Snowe, not Collins — no RINO will cross over.

Let’s bear that in mind moving forward as we move to re-take the House and Senate.

That's why the GOP must use this to their advantage and run against it, en force, in 2010 and 2012. Here's your 2010 campaign theme, folks. IMO the unspent and unaccounted for TARP monies are being used to buy votes (see Landrieu. BTW did she swallow a watermelon or three?) This thing is going to pass, abortion language or no, crushing debt load or no. The Rats have the numbers to do what they want.

This also proves, beyond any doubt that there are no Rats worth a bucket of piss in the bowels of Hell.

It's going to take some spine, but the GOP, if they get back in power, must defund this monsterous scheme. If the GOP don't blow out the Rats on a 1994-type scale next year, then they are truly the stupid party.

So I have a what if. The rumours are up to 47% of the doctors will drop out of the profession if the bill actually becomes law. Assume that is true and the bill does get signed by the great zero.

My what if. What if some of those doctors are so disgusted with the mess they actually campaign as independents with the sole purpose of winning the election(s) and then repealing the big bag of cow pucky? Is that a possibility?
