Yeah, I’d say there is “more of this kind of thing”.
It’s not racism, but a practical matter of self-preservation, to avoid groups of young blacks.
I grew up in a black neighborhood and I’ve seen it over, and over, and over.
Don’t care if you think I’m racist. You’re free to call me that. Just don’t call me, or my loved ones, laid-up in the hospital, or dead.
If you want to be that “nice-guy”, guilt-ridden white person, that ventures near this type of scenario out of sense of duty to ‘fight racism’, then, by all means, make sure you have health insurance and all your affairs are in order. It’s just a matter of time.
Well, I grew up outside of NYC, and there were places I knew not to go when I was a kid.
And there were occasional black muggers who came south from Harlem and did their bit.
But black gangs beating up whites in the good parts of town, or black thugs gang raping and murdering whites in the South, seem to be on the rise.
It’s hard to tell, because it’s just an impression, not a statistical analysis, since no one is about to give us statistics.
You’re not a racist, you’re a realist.
Fortumately, we don’t have this kind of problem in my state.....it’s 98% white. (The State of Maine).
We do have a couple of dingbats for U.S. Senators, though.
