Try this on for size. It looks to me at first blush as though they are discussing transferring grant money to a private account to avoid paying taxes on it: and transferring it in lots < $10,000 to avoid having to report the transfer.

The leaked email includes admissions data was tricked up to fit the theory of global warming and so forth. The people who did this should be out of their jobs as should those who knew of the cover up and did nothing. Until that is done this crew or their mouthpieces should not be talking.
