I am ashamed to admit, but I live in Fairfax and know a couple of neighbors that voted for the pretender. Good to see we recognized our stupidity and elected McDonnel. Maybe there is hope and change after all?

Count on it, in the next go-around, these same luke warm “O” supporters will permit themselves (yet again) to be pressured, coerced, forced, etc. to supporting him AGAIN no matter what!!

In a county with more registered Democrats than Republicans, in a state where the GOP is supposed to be dead, an incumbent with a huge fundraising advantage ought to be able to win in his sleep. The GOP actually held a registration advantage until the early 90s, when the tax and spend Gulotta RINOs were discredited, and Nassau suburbanites moved towards Clinton's "New Democrat" agenda. I believe that there were still more independents than either GOP or Dem even back in the 1980s, however.

How is Martha Stewart like Barack Obama?

Martha: “[Sarah Palin] is boring.”

Barry: “I’m not interested in the suburbs, the suburbs bore me,”

May the so easily bored wind up, forgotten on the trash heap of history.
