Anything to get money to the troops. They need it and if all Americans have to give than that is fine, but just the rich? No!!! Make every person give one percent AND DEFINITELY INCLUDE all those people getting their 300 dollar a month welfare checks.

The income tax IS a war tax it was instituted for ww1.
I already pay for the troops via taxes.
Close down the “entitlements” and pay a higher military bill.
Raising and keeping a military is actually one of the few things mandated to the federal gov’t by the Constitution.
