Question: Why would the skin pigmentation a person has have any effect on that person’s reasonable assessment regarding the President’s job performance? For me personally, my skin pigmentation plays no role whatsoever in my thinking processes. My critical thought and logical reasoning is in no way dependent on melatonin concentrations in my skin cells.

It’s “Melanin”.

Melatonin is the stuff that supposedly helps you sleep or something.

The full answer would require me to write a lengthy dissertation here, but the short answer is that blacks have (for the most part) been the most thoroughly left-indoctrinated segment of the US population in the last hundred years.

It's entirely un-natural for an entire racial group to vote so monolithically for one party. Not a single other racial group in the US votes as lopsidedly Democrat as blacks do. It's no accident or co-incidence that they do. This is a manufactured voting bloc.
