Probably not much.... along with the white guys, a hispanic passed the test too IIRC.
I was referring to the fact that she was on the circuit panel that wrote a summary judgement upholding the lower court’s ruling (in favor of the city and against the white firefighters).
Then she voted with the majority (7-6) NOT to rehear the case.
Her opinion was overturned by the USSC this year, shortly before she was confirmed.
