BUMP what you said. Excellent post. The only way to get rid of an incompetent who is NOT a white male is to run an HR tab for three years, carefully documenting every screw up. Even then, you still get sued.
THAT right there practically screams, "Think long, and hard before you even interview -- much less hire -- a person from a 'protected' class."
And the "affirmative action" mavens really think their plan made things BETTER for minorities?
