Although it will not happen, why aren’t we calling for a Federal investigation into the violation of Ken Gladney’s civil rights?

I think there is a clear enough case for it - as well ascalling it a hate crime

On the video tapes (posted to youtube) of the incident, you can clearly hear at least one individual call Mr. Gladney a “N*gg*r”” and I do NOT believe that a gangsta rap video was being filmed by the SEIU folks...
