There are two conditions for being a natural born citizen: born on the soil of the country and born of citizen parents. If Dukakis’s parents had been United States citizens at the time of his birth (they likely were as they’d been here about 10 years prior to his birth, so they had probably become naturalized by then, but I’d have to verify that) then he was a natural born United States citizen. Being born on U.S. soil, in and of itself, is not sufficient to make one a natural born U.S. citizen.

Circular argument. Big time. There are no guarantees any decision made by Obama on Afghanistan would have affected anything that has happened to this point.
Using that logic, no action should ever be taken on any issue given there are no guarantees of a specific or desired outcome.
But let's look at guarantees.
Take a person like Obama who has never served in the military, who has never studied any part of the military, its history, tactics or even basic military theory.
Obama has no understanding of Just War Theory, what constitutes a war crime or even the basic structure of the various branches of the military he unfortunately is Commander and Chief of. Combine that with Obama's lack of any type of executive or organizational experience and a demonstrated lack of respect for our troops and there is one assured guarantee.
I guarantee Obama will make the wrong decision 100% of the time if he does not listen to those who have spent their lives serving this nation, who have been and are under fire.
I know which guarantee I'd rather see our troops having the choice of.

I missed hearing Krauthammer this evening, but his saying that BO was reared in Indonesia is quite significant!
BO spent four years from the age of six to ten in Indonesia. His mother married Soetoro and in 1967 they moved to Jakarta. Four years later BO moved back to HI to live with his grandparents where he graduated from HS. Can a parent reject a child’s birthright for him/her and/or at what age can a chlid reject it?

So wishing Obama dead is the way to go about it? You disgusting POS. I said nothing about wishing 0ba-Mao dead. The post you were responding to, by al baby, said nothing about wishing him dead. You are a real lowlife to try and put words like that in our mouths. FU!

The impostor and usurper is totally Teflon proof until 2012 and beyond. None in the two other government branches, including all the media will lift an eyebrow to remove him. And BTW he is only the tip of the ice berg!!!

“Can a parent reject a childs birthright for him/her and/or at what age can a child reject it?”
It is my understanding that a parent can reject a child's citizenship for him/her, but believe if one was once a US citizen they can change back by going through a process to do so. Perhaps another Freeper can answer your question as I am not sure.

Nope. Not so. But keep repeating it if it makes you feel better.Don't need to keep repeating it to feel better. I have precedent.
Yeah, that's the Chief Justice swearing in a man with a foreign father to the office of the presidency.
What have you got besides 50+ (and counting) courtroom losers?
So you can keep repeating that I'm wrong over and over again if it makes you feel better. The real world shows differently, yet you birthers continue to wail and gnash your teeth because nobody outside of your birther groupthink circle-jerk is buying your absurd definition of Natural Born Citizen.

In 50 years I have never heard anyone define someone born in this country as not being a natural born citizen. That's because this absurd birther definition of Natural Born Citizen wasn't hobbled together until shortly after Obama was elected. But they'll tell you it's been the Law of the Land since time immemorial.

How can U.S. State Dept. say that if he is NOT a U.S. citizen??? Let's see. Outside of the birther circus there is no compelling evidence that Obama was born anywhere besides Hawaii and outside of the birther circus nobody is buying this absurd definition of Natural Born Citizen that requires both parents to be U.S. citizens.
That's how.

I’m THRILLED I have you approval.
Makes me think I’m correct in my thinking here.
And maybe next time you should look before you post.
To: Brytani
That’s great.
That still doesn’t prove or disprove what I said.
And what you said about him not listening to the military isn’t just an affliction suffered by Marxist Democrats....
To: MikefromOhio; al baby
Screw you, dirtbag. Show me where anyone said anything about wishing 0ba-Mao dead. Do it or STFU.
