The Obama Administration's Pre-Amnesty Amnesty
Center for Immigration Studies ^ | Nov. 25, '09

According to Janet Napolitano, the Obama administration will insist on a path to citizenship for illegal aliens when it pushes for comprehensive immigration "reform" in 2010. The legislation will grant illegal aliens amnesty from serious job-related felonies including document fraud, perjury on I-9 forms and even identity theft. It is quietly ensuring that illegal aliens who lose their jobs are allowed to remain here rather than being prosecuted/deported. In addition to ending virtually all arrests, prosecutions, and deportations resulting from workplace crimes, the administration has restricted state and local law enforcement's ability under the 287(g) program to help immigration authorites identify and remove illegal aliens who commit crimes. Obama is sending a loud and clear message to the millions of illegals: You can continue to live and work in the United States; you can continue to commit employment-related felonies in order to steal jobs from citizens without fear of arrest or deportation; you can continue to destroy the credit records of millions of American children whose identity information you have stolen; you can continue to saddle Americans whose Social Security numbers you are using with arrest records, and even income tax liabilities for income you earned but did not pay taxes on. If you drive without a license, without auto insurance, or drunk, it will not jeopardize your ability to stay in the United States. The Obama administration has made it absolutely clear whose side it's on: And it's definitely not the side of American citizens and taxpayers!

It certainly does not and I was one of Bush’s severest critics on that point. But I still think worse is worst than bad. When I was five my mother taught me that two wrongs don’t make something right.

I hope you guys are right. We beat comprehensive immigration reform (a/k/a amnesty) in ‘06 and we can do it again!

Interesting point you made about her geneology. But whatever that involves she was a complete open-borders amnestyite when Gov. of New Mexico and pandered shamelessly to the Hispanic vote. Michelle Malkin refers to her as head of Homeland Insecurity. Very apt title for her!

The Mob has its own interests that are served first. Janet knows what they are. So does Nancy. And Hillary? ~ her husband's stepdaddy was the head of organized crime in Arkansas ~ I suppose she knows.

Then there's the guy who runs the CIA ~ he knows.

You'd think with as many italian Americans that we have in this country Obama could come up with one or two who didn't have blood ties to classical and domestic Mafioso.

It's suspicious, and I think highly relevant to this regime's position on amnesty for Mexican border jumpers.

I didn’t know about any mob ties but thanks for the information. You made reference to Obama not being able to pick a decent Italian-American. Don’y worry. Obama’s associations with Wright, Ayers, Rezko and other Chicago thugs along some appointees that include ommunists and felons make Al Capone and Frank Nitti look like good Americans by comparison!

If they can add 10 million illegal aliens to the voting list by November,

Ten million is wildly optimistic. It's probably four times that once you figure in family.

I would not bet on it.You can never underestimate the stupidity of the voters that call themselves “Americans. Namely those who voted for obama. He fooled them one time, when he needs to again, he will do it.

Probably just as many ignoramuses on the GOP side....the GOP nominated the pro-illegal/anti-American John McCain as the Presidential candidate....

Probably will have to purge the pro-illegal/anti-American element out of the GOP first. Its the traitors in the GOP I am more afraid of....because the DNC will not get a total majority of support in the House and Senate. If it was not for the DNC Senators who opposed Illegal Alien Amnesty in 2007....we would have had Illegal Alien Amnesty

If Illegal Alien Amnesty passes in 2010...the US is in trouble.

Even FRANCE gets it!

Today, from the NAFBPO report.

http://m3report.wordpress.com/

El Universo (Guayaquil, Ecuador) 11/26/09

From the President of France, re immigrants

France’s President, Nicolas Sarkozy, asserted that he will “never” accept a massive regularization of immigrants who are in “irregular status” in his country because it would be a “tragic error” and, further, “contrary to the values of the French Republic.”

France had three regularizations, in 1981, 1997 and 1998.

Last time they tried to puysh that crap ["comprehensive immigration reform"]all hell broke out and it will get even worse this time.

I've no doubt that it will.

However, that was when the Congress was listening to its constituents, became frightened by the consequences...and folded their hand.

You'll note that this Congress isn't listening, nor do they seem to care what we think. They appear quite capable of passing Obamacare despite a solid majority of their constituents telling them in no uncertain terms not to do so.

If they shove through Obamacare, I'd say they're quite capable of following up with "instant amnesty".

Then, where the hell are we...???
