It’s interesting that Ford couldn’t make the same changes to turn Jaguar around. OTOH, the Jaguar spin-off by Ford gave it some much needed liquidity that probably helped it weather the financial storm that ended up sinking GM.

Yes siree, that's always been my dream.
To be able to take the Bumper Cars from the from the Carnival and drive them on the Expressway. And then be CRUSHED TO DEATH by an 80,000# Semi going 80 MPH.
Sure beats dying peacefully in bed of old age.
