Okay, I read this simple scumbag’s list of “reasons” and he didn’t “part ways” with conservatives - - he clearly was never even in the same area code.
Definitely. I haven’t paid any attention to LGF in a very long time, but my impression was/is that he is very liberal but simply felt “mugged” by 9/11 so he became somewhat firmer on opposing Islamist extremism than many of his fellow liberals. The only other point of contact he’s had with any conservative issues or beliefs, as far as I can tell, is that he was a *follower* on Rathergate after Buckhead and others on FR had already done the real exposure and analysis.
It seems that Rathergate and anti-jihad were the only points of contact he ever had with conservative ideas, so it is preposterous for him to proclaim that he has now “parted ways” with conservatives on his pitiful laundry list of distorted issues.
