A costly trial has been avoided. However, here is the fly in the ointment. It is being reported that the perpetrator was found with one of the Police Officer's pistols in his possession. The DA better come up with at least one witness who saw the punk take one of the Officer's guns. Otherwise, the cop who shot and killed the bum has lots of explaining to do! Agree? Anything less than a solid witness, will cause like Jackson and Sharpton to start implying the gun was “planted” on the sucker after he was shot.
