NOw he is just lieig about hhis positions concerning “ his review.

This is a surge to “come home”. Of 30,000 troops when he was asked for 40,000.

He is undermining the troops in Iraq with his speech.This is a political speech, not a speech which even begins to move the troops towards victory.

He is moving to lead the troops to loss.

This speech is posturing for the left, it has nothing to do with military victory.
