I may be wrong but I believe Hirohito was there. And did he say “Might Mo” instead of “Mighty Mo”?

I don’t see Obama mentioning the surrender of Japan in his speech, but no, Hirohito was not on the Missouri when the instrument was signed.

I saw a rerun later and it was not during the speech that he said this but during the campaign 0bama made the remark that Hirohito surrendered to McArthur on the Might MO..This guy is the worst..one thing..he does well and that is live up to his nickname ZERO.
