Glynnis MacNicol appears to be a moron. The cartoon utilizes the well-known see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil caricatures using chimps. Over each of the chimps is one of the words, Congress, Courts or Media.

In no place does the advert compare any ape to the least competent person to serve as President in the last ten generations. Glynnis is either monumentally stupid or she(?) is a race-baiting punk.
