If the HOA ‘s rules did not prohibit it and the HOA ruled against it after it was already installed; then it is an ex pose facto ruling and should not stand up in court.

My HOA did it to a coouple of our homeowners who had painted their decks.

Ever since, I have always felt like there should be a HOA season, just like deer season, but without a limit!

He should get enough real Americans in his association together and recall the damn board. Put some patriots in there. Or hang the flag from a pole on the side of the house or garage.

He needs to take down the flag pole and shove it right up the asses of the board members.Screw the unAmerican covenants.This does not even begin to convey how pissed I am.
