Assaults, thefts, even murder cases routinely come before the Monroe County grand jury. But today, the small town grand jury heard a big time case against the president of the United States.

An honest man would be **HONORED** to promptly provide **all** the information related to his natural born status. He would be **PLEASED** to promptly prove that he was eligible to be president and Commander in Chief of our troops. With a nod of his head to his secretary and about $50 would do this for anyone ...even a nut!

Walter Fitzpatrick is a Patriot who takes his oath to “protect and defend the constitution of the United States” seriously as should all who have taken this oath. I admire his commitment.
I am confused.
If it is determined that Obama was not born in Hawaii, but in Kenya. How can he be accused of treason? If he was not a natural born citizen, or a naturalized citizen - he is an illegal alien.
Like the choir director at Rev. Wright’s church and the assorted Illinois politicians and bureaucrats who have “gone missing” I would watch his back.

That Obama has committed treason and is not a natural born citizen. But...I hope the attorneys here on FR would have a more complete answer for you.

Absolutely true. Regardless of the fact he may have been born in Hawaii, California, New York, or any other state. His father was a foreign student, a Kenyan, and at the time, a British subject. BHO Sr. returned to Kenya after completing his studies in the U.S.. BO Jr. does not qualify to be POTUS period.
A county grand jury in TN cannot hear this matter. It has no subject matter jurisdiction. The grand jury can only return indictments on matters that are codified as crimes under the Tennessee Code Annotated. Having a person meet with a three member panel from the grand jury is a routine procedure. In TN, if the DA presents a case, that generally goes to all 13 members of the grand jury. If someone wants to present something to the grand jury, the usual procedure is to have them present it to the foreman, 2 grand jurors and the DA (or his assistant).
Treason is not a crime under the Tennessee Code Annotated. It is a federal offense. If you want an indictment of Obama for treason, it has to be done in Federal Court where treason is a codified criminal offense.

I would think that the Lt. Col. must have some legal representation or assistance. Why would an attorney allow it to be presented to a grand jury that has no jurisdiction?
Is this merely the first step toward getting it under federal review.

Wouldn’t asking the Grand Jury to return an indictment for elecion fraud be more appropriate since he would not be qualified to be on the Tennesee Presidential ballot? I know technically voters are electing “electors” rather than the “candidate,” but the candidate is ascerting through the electors that he is qualified to hold the office. That would give the local and state boards of election standing to bring a suit. JMHO
