Gov. Chris Gregoire today directed state Corrections Chief Eldon Vail not to accept any new parolees from Arkansas until matters arising from the Maurice Clemmons case have been addressed and resolved. Glenn Kuper, a spokesman for the governor, said Gregoire was taking the unusual step because she wants "to make sure that the system is appropriate to protect Washington residents."

Governor Fraudoire is only interested in protecting her own scum a$$. She could care a less about any resident of the socialist state of Washington.
Arkansas had a warrant out for Clemmons which they withdrew as soon as he was arrested in Washington. They didn't want him in Arkansas. The action was in violation of the agreement between the states. The action the Gov. took was very appropriate.

I agree, Gregoire is circling but doesn’t know if she should land....The media in Washington State should be slamming her with “how did this happen?” How long have dangerous Arkansas parolees been coming to Washington Gergoire? This happpened on her watch....

Yes. Poor article. I stand by my earlier comments about Fraudoire.
She’s apparently upset that outsiders are illegally entering her state in order to do the work that Washingtonians, like Ted Bundy and Gary Ridgeway, are available and willing to do.
