Treason against the United States is a Federal crime and outside the jurisdiction of a State court, let alone a private “grand jury” that operates outside of the Constitution and laws of the United States and of the State of Tennessee.

Didn't you get the word? Every single federal Grand Jury ever formed was illegitimate. A bunch of yoyos who call themselves a Grand Jury said so.

Start the mass appeals for everyone in jail on a Federal rap. I'm convinced. I'll demand lucrative fees from the incarcerated and write bad briefs citing the AGJ web page. What could possibly go wrong?

There is no such thing as "private grand jury" All grand juries require jurists not to speak about proceedings while they occur. The Bill Of Rights are powers vested only to the people by our founding fathers. The power of the grand jury is in the 5th amendment. Consequently citizens have the power to convene a grand jury. Presentments can be served by a grand jury in any court. The only requirement is that the Presentments and any subsequent indictments follow federal rules if the charges are against a national figure
