Sounds like this amendment would violate the constitution. Where is the outrage by the opposition.
That is exactly what a democrat/socialist thinks a freedom is.... a regulated controlled taxed licensed nationalized permission.

SCOTUS would have a field day with this - besides violating the first amendment, I bet SCOTUS would rule that it violates equal protection under the fourteenth amendment ...

licensing of journalists.
I’m not a journalist, but have heard this is why French journalism
leans so hard left.
If you don’t make it past the socialists running the licensing outfit,
