A Plano bookstore will be up all night preparing for a visit from former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin. Palin will sign copies of her new book, "Going Rogue," at Legacy Books on Friday morning. Despite the frigid temperatures, Palin fans are expected to line up hours before. They will probably be here before dawn, said Kyle Hall, a Legacy Books spokesman.
But only ticketed customers will get inside the store. Weve had people saying, 'What time should we be there? I cant wait to buy the book,'" Hall said. "And weve had to break the news that we sold out two days after we announced it."

Went to the signing today. Very effeciently done by the book store. I arrive at about 7:30. They had it sectioned off just outside the northside of the store; had to show salesslip to get in the area. They let people in 50 at a a time beginning at 9:00. Did not get inside until about 11:30 but Sarah and the family passed by us on the sidewalk on the way in, about six feet away. Yep, dressed in red. Todd carrying Trig. Pretty as a movie star but without the jaded look. Once inside —and into the warmth— when fast. Thirty minutes later I was out the door with book in hand. No, pictures allowed, but they maybe on the stores’
web site. She was seated behind a counter against the back of the store, back wall, second floor. Watched her as she signed. Working away like a little beaver! They would feed her book, she would sign and push it on to her right, where it would be put on a stack. Kind of amusing, because it looked like factory production! No personalizations. She was her own signing machine LoL! So basically she just greeted people, and said a few remarks, The signing was rote; her manner was was not. Don’t know why, but a bit surprised her hand is small. And again, a beautiful woman. Handed the clerk my saleslip and went down the stairs, at the bottom of which I saw Todd and Trig. Patted Trig on the back and shook his hand. He is smaller than I expected, and not at all gruff, and like her looks younger than age. A very pleasant experience, over all. The people in the line with me were very pleasant, and of course very Pro-Palin. Mike Gallagher was broadcasting from the store, and my neighbor, Eric got to speak a few words. A good time was had by all, as they say. Weather chilly—in’ 30s’’ and dry.
Sarah is the people’s candidate...She reads tea leaves....

So it’s okay, there’s no copyright issues with me quoting you on my badge there in that interview? I was interviewed by several different people from different media, and they all focused on your quote, giving me a chance to talk about FR! :-)
And to think we almost didn’t get to go at all! God works in mysterious ways, LOL.
But of course I am, and proud to tell the world! :-)
