Radar assets to the rear of the engagement (AWACS or other F-22s) would paint the SU-35s, and forward deployed F-22s would launch fire-and-forget AMRAAM missiles from somewhere over 30 miles away, without ever turning on active radar

Well it would be nice if the F-22 had some way of receiving firing information other than the AWACS operator shouting "hey dude, bandits. 12 O'clock high!" into a microphone.

It does, all without itself emitting anything. In this scenario, its radar would be detecting the pulses from other aircraft, otherwise everything would be as if it was using its own radar.
