I doubt we will ever see the Seals convicted. Court Martials can be held for two reasons. To convict or to get a verdict so others can’t take them to civilian court. I think they will be found innocent and then it’s a done deal.

It should be noted that the SEALs were headed to an Admiral's Mast but demanded a Court-Martial. I think it was a smart move. I don't think that the prosecution is going to be able to get a conviction & the SEALs will be acquitted — it's all about clearing their name.
