9/11 Families Rally To Protest NY Trial

A group of 9/11 families and their supporters are rallying in front of Manhattan's federal courthouse to protest the plan to put terrorism suspects on trial in New York.

The protesters plan to gather in front of the lower Manhattan courthouse at noon.

They say a New York trial could again make the city a terrorism target, and that the five should instead face a military tribunal.

Other victims of the 9/11 attacks disagree.

Lorie Van Auken lost her husband at the World Trade Center. She says its fitting that the accused answer charges a short walk from ground zero.

U.S. Rep. Jerrold Nadler says military commissions have a poor track record when it comes to trying terrorism suspects.

What does the nad-less one consider a “poor record”? The terrorists get convicted?

While I sympathize with her loss, "fitting" for whom, exactly?

KSM and his butt-buddies? Does this ditz truly believe that they're bothered by this, or is she just projecting?

The victims? NO ONE can legitimately speak for the dead. They weren't murdered that day, they were slaughtered in the name of an oppressive religion. This isn't CSI; stop minimizing the horror & brutality of that terrible day.

Now, "benefiting" would be more appropriate:

1) Islamo dirtbags - they have a soapbox on which to trash America,
2) Eric Holder - he has a soapbox on which to trash America,
3) Obama - well, you know where there is going.

I'm very sorry for her loss, but she has consistently used it as a weapon in promoting her left-wing issues.

U.S. Rep. Jerrold Nadler says military commissions have a poor track record when it comes to trying terrorism suspects.

Oh really? Can he elaborate on terror trials that went bust in military commissions?

"The protesters plan to gather in front of the lower Manhattan courthouse at noon. "

"Front" is not enough, there should be a 'wreath' of people at least 50 deep, totally surrounding the courthouse. Make it all but impossible for the judge and jury to even enter.

The time for holding sign, lighted candles, and singing {"cumbaya" are over...we need to be loud, proud and in yo face to get anything done.

The left is primarily made up of, and protected by thugs...they don't understand big words, facts and figures...they only understand force - not unlike the Taliban.

They won't bother you unless they've got the advantage of size, guns, or numbers. Don't be islolated.

Don't debate or get pulled into any conversation with them, it will lead to nothing but no good. They're waiting be provoked so they can justify violence, racial lawsuits, and facetime on TV.

So, let's all go to NY and play "Ring Around the Courthouse" and stop this dog and pony show in its tracks. Remember, they're threatening our Navy Seals for giving one of them a fat lip, but we're rewarding one of theirs for killing over 3,000 Americans...make sense to you?

ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS - FEAR IS NOT AN OPTION.
