Protesters Slam Holding 9/11 Trial in N.Y.

Several hundred people rallied in the rain near Manhattan's federal courthouse complex to protest the plan to put major terrorism suspects on trial in New York.

The demonstrators, including 9/11 families and their supporters, gathered in Foley Square, just blocks from the site of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. They say a New York trial could again make the city a terrorism target.

I marched right with the flag-bearers, too. LOL, we were probably next to one another. Actually, I’m the organizer of the group and planned the march up Broadway.

Glad you hooked up with us. I was up by the stage, since I represented a participating group, and was part of the original press conference. I just wish we had better weather.

Police say more than 1,500 protesters were at the rally!

Some loser jumped on the stage. I was on the far side as he came up and only ran to the center, and then opposite end where he climbed on as others on the stage grabbed him.

Great to see you all where able yet again to stage a civil protest, free of violence on one subject of immediate concern by many Americans.
Slowly, the silent majority, awake and start to use their constitutional right of assembly in order to protest idiotic and in some cases treasonous things this federal government have tried to get away with. You all represent all of us that cannot attend such events.
Holder and zero must get the point that their decision must bear scrutiny from the voting American public.
I wish only you all did not have to gather in such lousy weather conditions.
