Today, Mindy Lawton, 34, knows that she was just one of many mistresses taken by the golfer. Throughout their 14-month affair she thought that what she had with Tiger was special & that they were in love.
She and Tiger met in summer 2006, when Mindy was working as an $8-an-hour manager & waitress at Perkins, a diner only a short drive from Tiger's home.
Tiger & his wife Elin would regularly take breakfast there.
He called her at Perkins & said, "This is Tige," - that's the pet name he always used for himself - "Will you meet me at the Blue Martini?"
'She was very excited but nervous so she asked our next oldest sister, Bobbi, to go with her. She was like, "Oh, I'm going to hang out with Tiger!"'
It is now known that this nightclub & cocktail bar was a favourite haunt of Tiger's. Tiger & Mindy left the club separately.
Mindy drove her sister home then met Tiger on his way to his house. She followed, driving at a discreet distance, & at the gated development was waved in by the guard.
Lynn said: 'Mindy told me the next day, "We went to his house and & sex. He was extremely good."'
Lynn thinks Elin was out of the country that night. She said: 'That was always the pattern. Mindy would drive her old Saturn car & follow Tiger in his Escalade.
According to our investigation, when 'Team Tiger' discovered that a tabloid magazine not only had blurry pictures of him & Mindy in the car park but evidence of the consummation, they went into a panic. Then they went to work.

In the movie A Guide for the Married Man one of the rules Robert Morse teaches Walther Matthau about being a successful adulterer is to never have the tryst in your own home. To illustrate the point in the movie Terry Thomas takes Jayne Mansfield home when the wife is out and she them misplaces her bra. Leaving Terry to worry about the wife one day finding the missing bra.
My thoughts exactly.
Tiger is too arrogant to care about that.
Call me a simpleton but why doesn’t Tiger just divorce Elin and move on with his life and honor the original pre-nup instead of paying her all this extra dough? He really can’t expect her to be devoted and affectionate towards him any longer. His high-priced lawyers would insist on joint custody of the children, wouldn’t they?
He probably has an iron clad pre-nup with Elin but she should get a good lawyer and “go medieval on his a*s” Tell I want a divorce and half or you will have no sponsors. Whta a POS he is.
That could worry Elin if he wants joint custody. The kids would be exposed to his bimbos.
Is that about it? Is tramp too strong a word, or would that be the appropriate name of someone who's sleeping with a married man?

I feel sorry for Elin too, and this pathetic waitress should go after him for money. Maybe she saved text messages or voice mail.
He could have ended up like McNair(?).
I wonder when she went whacking on him if she thought there was only one bimbo? Geez.
If I were his wife, I would have the kids in Sweden by now. He doesn’t deserve to be their father and until he gets help, she needs to protect herself and her innocent children.
If he just divorces her with the original prenup, he can’t dictate the hush-up. $$$ will be used to attempt to minimize damage (if that’s possible at his point).

One of the articles had him currently at 9. These were ongoing “relationships,” not one night stands.
I’ve lost count of the number of women. If you look at Google news, another one seems to pop up every day. The tabloids have the courage to expose the story. The golf media is silent, as far as I can tell.
Time to grow up women...time to grow up.
The chances of any man - in a contested divorce - getting joint custody when his job requires him to be away from home 20 or more weeks out of the year, is slim. Very slim. I would be surprised if she wasn't awarded anything other than sole physical custody, FWI.
I wonder if Tiger read the autobiography of Wilt Chamberlain and took things in there too seriously?
I'm sure Elin had no clue about all these women. His bodyguards and staff protected him.
I watched a little of the tournament today. From what I heard, not a peep was mentioned. Perhaps I missed it.
