Sure it can be stopped. But, it WILL be passed IMHO due to the dominance of leftists in DC. But afterward, can we un-do it? Of course. All we have to do is vote 3/4 conservative majorities in the congress and a conservative Prez for a generation, so that all the marxist judges can be replaced by constitutionalists. Otherwise it won’t matter because the Men in Black will strike down any attempt to undo it even if they have to impose taxes from the bench (which they have done repeatedly).
Think that’s going to happen? I for one do not. that does not make me a pessimist or defeatist any more than realizing that the local high school football team would lose to the Colts. It’s just reality, which right now is pretty ugly.
