IF he was born in Kenya and his mother was a U.S. citizen, why would he not automatically be a U.S. citizen?

What makes you think he was born in Kenya?

It has been a common held belief, for two centuries, that Dual Citizens are forbiden from the presidency.
Our PC MSM has decided it no longer applies if said applicant has a dark tan and gives them woodies.

Because according to the laws at the time, she’d not spent two years as a legal adult in the U.S. The laws are different now, but we are supposed to be a nation of laws, not men. There are plenty of details of exactly what section of the U.S. Code on some of the birth cert sites.

That has been covered about 5,000,000 times on FR alone. At the time of his birth the law read that the mother had to be a US citizen(this is if you have only one US citizen parent)and to have lived in the US X amount of years after the age of 14, if she gave birth outside of the US, in order for her child to be a US citizen. If Bozo was born in kenya his mother didn't meet the criteria for a US citizen birth of her child. Bozo would NOT be a US citizen if he was born anywhere except on US soil.
If a person has two US citizen parents it doesn't matter where you are born, you are a US citizen.

IF he was born in Kenya and his mother was a U.S. citizen, why would he not automatically be a U.S. citizen? No, because under the immigration laws of the time, she wasn't old enough to pass on her citizenship to him automatically.
But the idea that he was born in Kenya is so absurd, I don't see how anyone could even consider it with a straight face.
