Yeah. Left out of our wallets. Tough $shit you thieving third world swine.Don't buy it for a minute. They are not going to be "out" of our wallets but the countries in this agreement will be. And, they will get to decide who gets what. It's a quantum leap forward for power. It coalesces this power grab to a few instead of all of the members of the UN.
