Even though he won his mayorial race with almost 90% of the vote, he will be hard pressed to overcome the Democrat machine and union thuggery that dominates the district as a whole. However, miracles can happen...
I know a lot of LIBERALS in the Scranton area that are fed up with Rendell and the machine. Especially this Summer and Fall when they wasted 140+ days getting a budget passed and still laid off a lot of workers in the state .Hope this translates into a good turnout for Barletta
