SCOTUS is about as useful as tits on a bull.
They already have a law. It's called the Clean Air Act, and the SCOTUS ruled in 2007 that they nor only can, but must, regulate GHGs.

Obama is absolutely correct! Congress must immediately take legislative action to correct this situation with the EPA. They need to pass a one sentence bill that removes EPA jurisdiction over the regulation of atmospheric CO2. Problem solved.
Each and every one of us should ask our elected representatives whether they support this approach. We should ask every candidate for election or re-election to Congress this November whether they would be willing to co-sponsor such a bill.
Im waiting to see if my Sen Responds. Although I am not holding my breath.
I need to expell all that CO2.
It's for our own good.

It also lends itself to the argument, of how the environmental movement has been usurped and how easily people are deceived, by those they believe to be more intelligent than themselves.
As I sit here day after day and watch what feels like the whole world disappear down this rabbit hole, I just can’t believe it. When you consider the scope and scale of the CO2 scare does it not confound your mind that folks are chasing after it? Penn & Teller took H2O and used a scientific name.
Isn’t that exactly what they have done to the whole world about a key trace gas on which all life depends in some form or other?
hmmmmm. An un-named whitehouse economic official warns that the EPA is going to ruin the economy through ‘Command n Control tactics. Ya think? He must not have been invited to the politburo meetings.
