These seem to be pretty much boiler plate formalities.
I'm open to other opinions, and if someone can find something they don't like about them, I'd be interested in hearing about it.

Boliler plate formalities? Oh...so, in other words, OTHER presidents have also sealed their records on their first day of office. Which ones, if I may be so curious to ask?
