Climategate gives skeptics a 'window of opportunity'
The American Thinker ^ | December 10, 2009 | William D. Zeranski

The revelation of the CRU's climate data manipulation, which led to ClimateGate, has presented a window of opportunity to express skepticism and mounting doubt regarding climate change/AGW. A group gathered in Copenhagen has done just that:

".. . more than 50 scientists, businessmen and lobby groups met to discuss the arguments against man made global warming.

[...]

Professor Henrik Svensmark, a physicist at the Danish National Space Center in Copenhagen, said the recent warming period was caused by solar activity.

He said the last time the world experienced such high temperatures, during the medieval warming period, the Sun and the Earth were in a similar cycle.

Professor Nils-Axel Morner, a geologist from Stockholm University, said sea level rise has also been exaggerated by the 'climate alarmists' using computer models.

He said observational data from lake sediments, coast lines and trees show sea levels have remained stable..."

Unverifiable, unreproduceable, unreviewed, “data”, that has since conveiniently destroyed...

GloBull Warming is no more real than ‘Cold Fusion’.

Recent experiments carried out by the Naval Research Lab indicate that there may be something to ‘Cold Fusion.”

Never forget, they intend to use this “science” as the excuse for

>stealing your property through confiscatory taxation
>limiting your usage of energy, and significantly reducing your lifestyle
>enriching themselves incredibly
>empowering themselves incredibly, to your detriment
>POPULATION CONTROL - ie, using the power of the state to limit how many children you may have.

Now, let’s say someone or some group was trying to accomplish the above goals without “saving the erf” as an excuse.

How would you react as a free human American Patriot?

Well, when the data has been posted and honestly and scientificly peer reviewed by actual *physicists* not spelukers and social “scientists”...I may start to take it seriously. “something to it” doesn’t power my local grid.

From the Wikipedia article on ‘cold fusion.’

On 22–25 March 2009, the American Chemical Society held a four-day symposium on "New Energy Technology", in conjunction with the 20th anniversary of the announcement of cold fusion. At the conference, researchers with the U.S. Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) reported detection of energetic neutrons in a standard cold fusion cell design using CR-39, a result previously published in Die Naturwissenschaften. The authors claim that these neutrons are indicative of nuclear reactions, although some scientists indicated that a quantitative analysis would be necessary before the results are accepted by the scientific community, and that the neutrons could be caused by something other than nuclear fusion. Later in 2009, MIT Professor Peter L. Hagelstein hosted a cold fusion conference at MIT.

A number of other labs around the world have reported similar results. I don’t think cold fusion will be powering your grid any time soon, but these people are not “spelukers and 'social scientists’.”

Back in the early 1950s I took a course in geology. The professor had a lot of fun laughing at silly old Alfred Wegner. I’ve been a little leery of “settled science” ever since.

It’s still “ghosts in the machine”. Even those who are claiming they see “something” can’t/don’ty/won’t say what’s causing the effect. and cannot do more than give more ythan observ ance of an unexplained phenomenon. that could be nothing more than observing the uncertainty principle, or the remnant emissions of quarks.

Back in 1915, Wegner couldn’t explain the mechanism of continental drift either, but there “was something to it.”

Some time ago, I was talking about cold fusion with my brother (who also has a Ph.D. in a hard science). Jokingly, I said that if Fleischmann and Pons had been bought off, they would be living in the south of France surrounded by dancing girls.

If you have the time and want a laugh, do a search of their present whereabouts on the net.

I am of an open mind, and willing to be convinced by reproducable data... these “GloBull Warming “ cabal-ers are not only closed mined to the point of the the HRCs Holy See against Copernicus, they are not above using every method of coertsion at their disposal to attack and silence anyone who who would question tyheir “settled science”.

Think of me as a Missourian...*Shoe Me!*.

I agree than anthropogenic global warming is a political scam. It has done incalculable damage to the reputation of real science. Science, if nothing else, is not lying to yourself or others.

Done. See work by Japan’s most eminent physicist. His apparatus generates excess heat first time, every time.
